Are all kensington artworks one of a kind?

Yes. Every Kensington artwork is unique and original, with great care and attention taken to ensure that no legal copies or reproductions exist, ensuring that 

your Kensington Masterpiece is truly one of a kind.

Does the artist use real gold?

Yes. The Kensington Gilded range is made using 24 Karat Gold dust, gold leaf and liquid leaf. 


Can I visit the gallery?

Due to the private nature of some of our custom works, the Studio and the Gallery are not open to the public. All exhibitions and events are posted in our newsletter, and any tickets are sold on a first come first served basis. 

V.I.P club members receive Free entry to all events and exhibitions and priority ordering on all tickets.

Are the gems real?

Yes. All gemstones and settings are provided by our professional Jeweller. Material details are listed on the Certificate of Authenticity.

Can I make a purchase and keep my details private?

Yes, the gallery can arrange acceptance of an anonymous payment for all items, and can include delivery to a collection address of your choice. 

Please contact us and enquire about anonymous payments for more information.

I found an item I like, but it won't let me buy it.

All Kensington artworks are one of a kind. Once the artwork is sold, it is no longer available for purchase. 

If you would like to be informed of when new releases are available, please subscribe to our newsletter.

Can I reserve any of the artworks?


Reservation puts the item on a 7 day hold , reseving it for you only. While items are on hold, they are removed from open display, and updated as unavailable on the website.

All reserved artworks must be paid for in full within 7 days of reservation.

The reservation fee is non-refundable.

How do I find out who owns an artwork?

You can't. The identity of our clients is a secret ;)

All buyer information is strictly private and confidential.

You can, however research other information relating to the artwork, by using the Gallery search facility.




Why can't I see how much a painting sold for?

The price of a piece is only on display only whilst the artwork is for sale, 

once the item is sold, buyer identity, and the price they paid for their item is kept strictly private and confidential.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit or debit cards for payment of gallery fees, and all card transactions are processed with Square.

Single transactions over £25,000 are accepted by wire transfer through Natwest direct transfer and by Post office secure international payment.

For security purposes, we advise that you always check the details of the account that you are paying into.

Are the artworks framed?

Yes. All of our artworks (when applicable) come with a a custom-made frame. 

The frames are supplied with a variety of fitted elements which can help protect your painting or artwork, such as :

invisible glass ( which you can't see )

UV protective glass ( which helps protect your painting from sun damage )

Moisture prevention

Temperature protection

The specifics of each individual frame are chosen by the artist. Details are included in the item sales listing.

What is a Ryman hanger?

As standard all of our framed artworks come with Ryman security hangers.

Ryman hangers carry the official stamp of approval of the UK's Museum & Galleries Commission, and are used by galleries such as the Tate, Getty and Museum of Modern Art. They are compaitble with most art hanging systems, inlcuding gallery rail and track displays, and can be easily incorporated into most home securiry systems.

How long does shipping take?

We ask that you allow up to 28 days for delivery. For Special Editiions, shipping times are stated on the item listing. 

( Shipping may take longer for clients outside of the U.K and we cannot offer a guarantee for international delivery times. )

How do you deliver the artworks?

All items are shipped using a specialist art courier service. Our team of professional art handlers inspect, package and seal the artwork ready for transit.

A custom crate is specifically made for the indivudual artwork, and the latest in technology and packaging is used to help protect your artwork from temperature and movement during transit. Your artwork is then sealed and delievered to the address of your choice by our professional art courier.

We ask someone be present to sign for the delivery.


Do you deliver internationally?


Our professional courier team can deliver worldwide ( with the exclusion of legal limitations ).

Specialists in international shipping, they provide all relevant customs and insurance paperwork, including a free telephone service that can help get your item through any potential customs delays. Once an item is ready for shipping, our friendly delivery team stay in close communication with the buyer, and you can even track your artworks location in real time.
